STX Traineeship

Ready to kick-start your career in environmental commodity trading?

The STX Traineeship is a 14-month program designed to accelerate your entry into environmental markets. You’ll rotate through four teams, starting in operations, followed by three front-office desks, to gain a complete view of the trading lifecycle.

You’ll gain commercial experience through activities like cold-calling, business development and corporate account management. You’ll also strengthen your analytical skills through trade analysis, market research and dashboard building. This hands-on experience gives you full exposure to the trading environment and helps you find your fit.
