Key Responsibilities
- Verifying incoming and outgoing deliveries, the inventory and mass balances (stock files) ensuring they are up to date.
- Ensuring smooth and accurate execution of environmental commodities deliveries and providing full support to the development and execution of the trading strategy.
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal/external inquiries as well as work closely with Portfolio Managers, Trade Support Operations (Contracts and Settlements team), Finance, Risk, Compliance and the Front Office Teams to improve the flow of information across departments and accuracy of analysis.
- Ensure the correct calculation of the prices and update them in the system (physical gas deals).
- Responsible for tracking the open deals, ensuring the delivery takes place in the delivery window and characteristics/conditions agreed with the client.
- Contributing to the improvement of consistency, efficiency, and automation for regional and global activities of the team.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Financial Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Quantitative studies, or another Quantitative discipline including 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a trading environment or similar industry
- Basic understanding of commodity trading/financial markets
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) and Exposure to VBA & Power Query is advantageous
- Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Based in Amsterdam and fluent in English and Spanish
