TEAM AND ROLE:
The trade operations team takes care of all the transactions after the agreements are signed. We ensure that the trade flow is correct, accurate, and in line with the company’s guidelines, from A to Z. Essentially, we’re STX’s gatekeepers. It’s not often I’ve come across a team that works as quickly, efficiently, and accurately as trade operations does.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Learn the operational and contractual side of the environmental certificates trade process.
- Draft, amend, and review purchase and sale contracts as well as Framework/General Agreements for both certificates and physical trades in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records.
- Support various automation projects to aid team efficiency.

Key Requirements
:
- 2+ years of experience contract management or negotiation in a physical commodity trading environment including knowledge of Incoterms and other commodity trading terms and conditions
- Fantastic attention to detail with the ability to work independently including as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic about environmental commodities
