TEAM AND ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Trade Support – Contract Specialist. In this role you will support our environmental certificates trading operations by drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements from initiation to completion. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate contract records, driving process efficiency through automation, and ensuring smooth stakeholder collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Gain a strong understanding of the operational and contractual side of the environmental commodity trade process.
- Draft, review, negotiate and manage various contracts, including trade-related contracts for certificates and potentially physical trades, as well non-disclosure agreements, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records.
- Support various automation projects to aid team efficiency, leveraging tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Copilot. Familiarity with these platforms is considered an advantage.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Law.
- 3+ years of experience in contract management or negotiation in a commodity trading environment including knowledge of commodity trading terms and conditions.
- Fluent in English and currently living in the Netherlands. Proficiency in Polish is a plus.
- Fantastic attention to detail with the ability to work independently aswell as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, analytical skills.
