TEAM AND ROLE:
This is a new role within the Human Capital Development (HCD) team and is the perfect opportunity for someone with a heart for people, who loves to take ownership of challenges, with structured project management skills and is flexible and open to be successful in a scale-up environment. The growth in this role lies within the combination of both hands-on project management, as over time strategy building, implementation, and adoption responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Owner of the overall performance management process
- Project manager of our performance management cycle; Driver of the implementation of the improvements in our cycle, Co-operator in our talent succession planning initiatives including different timelines and projects of the cycle, such as calibrations, reviews, remuneration activities.
- Go-to person of the performance project group, that is formed together with HR Business Partnering and HR Services
- Builder of our performance and remuneration strategy (together with Head of HCD)
- Co-creation and implementation of the career framework STX is currently building (together with HCD/ Talent Acquisition)
- Stakeholder management throughout the business; Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, and Finance, to align performance solutions with business objectives while taking ownership of project deliverables, ensuring successful and timely completion.

Key Requirements
- Master’s degree including 3-5 years of experience in Business/ Consultancy/ Finance/ HR, within an international environment.
- Experience in Performance Management projects and platforms or a proven interest to develop this experience.
- Excellent analytical and data skills, being able to break down complex problems and generate actionable insights with a creative approach.
- Strong sense of ownership, self-starter that likes to work in a team-based environment and familiar with Microsoft suite, good Excel skills a strong plus
- Preferably residing in Amsterdam, NL.
