The Future is Ours to Build

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., Hubspot), ensure seamless integration with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., 6Sense), and oversee database management and segmentation strategies.
  • Streamline campaign workflows, establish best practices for setup, tracking, and reporting, and enhance lead and account scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Analyze key marketing and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, deal velocity), generate reports and dashboards for leadership, and provide data-driven insights to inform campaigns and budget allocation.
  • Implement and document efficient workflows, standardize processes across teams, align marketing and sales efforts with revenue goals, and maintain pipeline configuration.
  • Manage vendor relationships and product updates, act as the liaison between marketing, sales, and IT, and support training and onboarding on marketing tools and processes.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting (HubSpot & Power BI).
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models, lead scoring and ABM metrics.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Fluent in English and living in Amsterdam.
