The Future is Ours to Build
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot as our primary CRM and marketing automation tool, including creating and updating workflows, segmentation and reporting.
- Streamline campaign operations by creating scalable workflows, establishing best practices, and ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to provide visibility into marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline influence.
- Implement and document efficient workflows, standardize processes across teams, align marketing and sales efforts with revenue goals, and maintain pipeline configuration.
- Manage vendor relationships and product updates, act as the liaison between marketing, sales, and IT, and support training and onboarding on marketing tools and processes.
Build and Define the Future
Key Requirements
- Experience in marketing operations, with deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM is a must.
- Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, campaign workflows, and marketing attribution models.
- Proficient in reporting and data visualization, using tools like HubSpot reporting.
- Experience with sales and marketing alignment, including CRM integration and ABM strategies.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Fluent in English and willing to commute to Amsterdam
