Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of trading portfolios, including verification and reconciliation of trade capture, settlements and inventory
Develop infrastructure and data management tools to automate the capture, reporting, and analysis of trading portfolios, positions, and market activity and pricing data
Monitor and analyze market trends and identify trading opportunities
Manage internal reporting of internal and external data sources
Support trading team with modeling and analysis of trade opportunities, deal proposals, and portfolio performance
Perform technical and fundamental analysis of markets
Collaborate with other internal teams to communicate prices and priorities from the trading team
Candidate will gain a deep understanding of trade desk management, strategy and operations; have the opportunity to add value by improving processes, streamlining and improving data collection and analysis; and expanding the scope and capabilities of the trading team

Compensation and Benefits

STX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary within the range of $85,000-$110,000, based on a number of objective factors such as relevant experience, holistic skillset, and applicable licenses and certifications. The candidate may also be eligible for discretionary compensation as determined annually within the company fiscal year.
