You will be part of the HR Services team, consisting of HR advisors and HR operations colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the whole employee journey including managing employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal, ultimately to enhance the employee experience.
- Managing a variety of projects aligned with business objectives, including workflow automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and streamlining operations.,
- Create and manage a modern self-service environment for employees to easily access. Offering timely and qualitative support whilst ensuring the smooth handling of processes.
- Use HR metrics to analyse trends, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Build and Define the Future
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the HR operations field and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Dutch labor law and its practical application.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project skills; proficient in Excel with high attention to detail.
- Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to take ownership of employee issues. Experience in global settings and setting up new entities is a plus.
- Available for 6 months
