TEAM AND ROLE
The trade operations team takes care of all the transactions after the agreements are signed. We ensure that the trade flow is correct, accurate, and in line with the company’s guidelines, from A to Z. Essentially, we’re STX’s gatekeepers. It’s not often I’ve come across a team that works as quickly, efficiently, and accurately as trade operations does.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn the operational side of the environmental commodities trade process.
- Assist the operations team with maintaining and collecting data.
- Stakeholder engagement across various business functions
- Ensure trade transactions contain accurate information.
- Process data uploads on our company specific platform for electric vehicles.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Studying towards bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of business, economics, finance, or similar (preference towards graduation year 2026).
- Intermediate/ advanced excel skills.
- Excellent English and German communication skills both written and verbal.
- 9 or 12 month contract for 24 hours per week.
- Proactive attitude and you like to work in a dynamic environment.
