Name: Gabriella

Role: Summer Research Analyst at STX NYC

Testimonial:

As the RNG Desk Intern in the New York office, I am helping my team create a detailed database consisting of regulations and programs, incentives, and potential new counterparties. My summer internship project consists of weekly deep dives into states with RNG-related regulations and/or incentives to help advance our understanding of the market. Alongside my individual project, my fellow interns and I work collaboratively on a bi-weekly newsletter covering North American Environmental Commodity news with topics concerning our respective desks. We participate in weekly coffee chats with members of each desk to help further develop relationships with different members of the STX community. These coffee chats also allow us to build on our onboarding experience, which provided us with comprehensive overviews of each team and the imperative part they play within the company. I look forward to learning more about the interconnects of RNG, utilities, and policy this summer while continuing to grow my understanding of STX’s distinct teams.
