ROLE OF A PROGRAM MANAGER – CUSTOMER SUCCESS

As Program Manager, Customer Success, you will play a critical role in driving the execution and coordination of key initiatives that enhance our customer journey. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help operationalize new programs, streamline processes for beta products, and surface insights that support strategic growth. The person will act as a trusted partner for internal teams to optimize their collaboration with the Climate Tech Solutions department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional customer programs including onboarding, engagement, and product beta rollouts.
  • Design and execute scalable beta release plans in collaboration with Climate Tech and Strive to support full market readiness.
  • Optimize customer service processes to support scaling from beta to launch.
  • Enable internal teams by partnering with L&D and Product to ensure CS, Support, and Sales are equipped with the right tools and messaging.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify pain points and improve the overall experience.
  • Maintain clear program documentation and reporting while monitoring market trends to inform internal strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in program management or customer success within SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and support early-stage product growth from beta to scale.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a data-driven, analytical mindset.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experience through scalable, process-driven improvements.
