TEAM AND ROLE

We are looking for an execution-focused, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring across all STX regions and business lines from our Amsterdam headquarters.

In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of commercial, analytical, operational, and corporate roles — partnering closely with leaders across Europe, the Americas, and APAC to understand their hiring needs and bring exceptional talent into the business. You will shape sourcing strategies, build long-term talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate experiences the pace, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit that define STX.

As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will help sharpen role profiles, navigate competitive talent markets, and drive confident, high-quality hiring decisions. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves — someone energised by building relationships, telling the STX story, and making an impact at every level of the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Attraction & Recruitment

  • Own the full recruitment cycle across commercial, analytical, operational, and corporate roles
  • Conduct CV reviews and interviews to assess both role fit and cultural alignment
  • Deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience that reflects STX’s employer brand and values

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnerships

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • Provide clear recommendations on candidate selection and recruitment approach
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across teams and regions

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Contribute to TA projects focused on candidate experience, D&I, and process efficiency
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve how we attract and hire talent at STX

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role. Bonus if you have done this in financial services, insurance or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods and candidate screening techniques. Experience in stakeholder management and working closely with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a dynamic global team while also demonstrating the capacity to take initiative, work independently, and drive progress autonomously.
