TEAM AND ROLE:
As a functional expert in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 applications. As part of the team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, enhancing system capabilities, and driving technological advancements. Additionally, you will provide essential support to users, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to effectively utilize Dynamics 365.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of new modules, integrations, and system upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the D365 Finance and Operations platform.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Create requirements for customizations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and improve system processes.
- Build reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and monitor system health.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including global legal entity rollouts.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, and administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure services is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
