TEAM AND ROLE
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the EV tickets team, especially on the company internal platform, ensuring data accuracy and smooth processing across multiple workflows. Responsibilities include managing and cleaning large datasets, reviewing and processing uploads from partners, and handling contract-related tasks within the platform. Additionally, you will also assist with settlements, brokerage fee processing, and signature coordination. You will contribute to ad hoc data-driven projects, conducting manual screenings and research to support business questions. Over time, building a strong understanding of internal processes will enable you to work more efficiently and provide broader operational support. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Learn the operational side of the environmental commodities trade process.
• Assist the operations team with maintaining and collecting data.
• Stakeholder engagement across various business functions
• Ensure trade transactions contain accurate information.
• Process data uploads on our company specific platform for electric vehicles.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Studying towards bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of business, economics, finance, or similar.
• Intermediate/ advanced excel skills.
• Excellent English and German communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail and a diligent approach. Able to stay focused and maintain high-quality output even when handling repetitive or routine tasks over extended periods.
• Start date will be August (this is flexible) with a 6 – 12 month contract for 16 – 24 hours per week (depending on your availability).
• The location of this role is either Amsterdam (preferred) or our Hamburg office.
