TEAM AND ROLE:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter. In this role, you are responsible for attracting and engaging with students and early career professionals by building strong relationships with students and graduates from leading universities across the Netherlands and Europe.

You will be the face of STX at both Dutch and international campus events. In addition to campus recruitment, you will also be involved in employer branding initiatives, and manage end to end recruitment cycles for junior hiring, building a meaningful experience for early career professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage the campus recruitment event calendar; hosting events both inhouse and at campus to build a strong pipeline of top graduate talent
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of campus recruitment events including logistics, promotional material, and advertising
  • Manage the recruitment process for all junior role from A to Z: including active sourcing, screening applications, conducting interviews, and monitoring the recruitment process
  • Strengthen STX’s employer brand and contribute to enhancing our social media presence

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 0 to 2 years of working experience with a degree in the fields of HR, Talent Acquisition or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • A flexible mindset regarding working hours and locations, with occasional travel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
