TEAM AND ROLE:
As a member of the finance team, you’re exposed to many different aspects of the company. There is a lot of collaboration between us and other departments within STX, so you have a broad perspective of both the business and finance. The learning curve in our team is very steep.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage junior staff members by ensuring they are engaged, generate high quality work and grow within STX.
- Assist in the monthly financial close process to assure high quality and timely management information.
- Support the Finance team with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the finance department, including the interim and annual audits.
- Provide information and answer financial questions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Within the financial administrative organization, you identify possibilities for improvement and implement procedures.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Finance & Accounting or equivalent certification.
- 4+ years of relevant working experience.
- Eager to manage and develop individuals.
- Proactive, hands-on and innovative.
- Excellent command of the English language.
