We’re committed to advancing gender equality at STX by creating spaces for connection, visibility and leadership. Through our “Women at STX” employee resource group we aim to empower women across the energy and trading fields. We are further strengthening our community by hosting internal and external networking events. Pride at STX

At STX, we believe that allyship and inclusion are an integral part of collaboration. We have launched “Pride at STX” to create space for learning, conversation and celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. As part of our initiatives, we host keynote sessions and open conversations that explore what Pride means in the workplace and how small actions can make a meaningful difference.
