How does COVID-19 affect our recruitment process?
While the world is unitedly facing challenges considering the COVID-19 pandemic, STX Group’s offices are fully operational. Towards our clients we are determined to continue to deliver the high level of services, for now and in the future.
As STX Group we believe in a “one team one dream” mentality. We are all entrepreneurs. Therefore we have a similar approach to our recruitment processes as we have in our business. We are determined to continue them and make them a success.
Your health and the health of our colleagues is the most important thing. We therefore follow the advice of the Dutch Health organization (RIVM) and work from home.

You are living outside of the Netherlands
The first 3 steps in the hiring process still apply for you. Luckily we are a dynamic company and have adapted quickly to digitalization. Due to the current circumstances travel options are limited and the borders are closed. Therefore we cannot support candidates living abroad moving to the Netherlands. We do go through the first 3 phases of the interview process, as soon as the travel restrictions have been lifted, we can move forward quickly.
During this period we will stay in touch, your recruiter will give you updates about the situation in the Netherlands.
You are living in the Netherlands
All the steps are still applicable for your process and will be done via video chat. In case of a positive outcome you can sign your offer letter & contract digitally. We have also moved our onboarding process towards an online solution. We will plan a moment for you to pick-up your home office, of course within the measures of the Dutch Health Organization.
