Reduce emissions through the use of Biofuels
All EU all members have a national obligation to blend biofuel in road transport fossil fuel. The goals of the EU are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to reduce their dependency on other nations for fossil fuels. All the member states have implemented their own fuel blending obligation based on the RED I and soon the RED II.
Biofuels are one of the largest sources of renewable energy in use today. With Biofuels playing an increasingly important role in developing a sustainable, low carbon economy, we are a name give up broker in feedstocks, physical biofuels and blending obligation certificates.
As the decarbonization of transport, aviation and maritime is becoming ever more urgent, countries are introducing blending obligations to stimulate the development of these alternative technologies.
STX can help you if you want to go further than your own national blending obligation and you really want to make a difference. With our long experience in the biofuel industry in Europe and our daily trades we execute in the European biofuels market, we can help you to reduce your carbon footprint on transport.
STX has an active network with all the different stakeholders in the European biofuel industry. Our strength is our full supply chain focus from feedstock to physical biofuels to blending obligation certificates.
