TEAM AND ROLE:
We’re looking for a Trade Operations Analyst to join our business and the extremely dynamic market we operate in, and to embark on a journey with us towards a better tomorrow. This will be a hybrid role in our Manhattan office with in-office days required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, amend, and review purchase/sale contracts and Framework/General Agreements for renewable certificates and potentially physical trades in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the contract lifecycle, collaborating with global teams and ensuring alignment across processes while engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate contract records and oversee certificate transfers, redemptions, and inventory management across multiple registries and countries
- Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, working closely with finance, risk, and compliance teams to enhance information flow
- Leverage Python and Excel to support automation projects, enhancing team efficiency and streamlining processes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years working experience in a similar position within a trading environment or similar industry
- Fantastic attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent data skills (advanced Excel and intermediate Python)

Compensation and Benefits
STX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary within the range of $75,000-$85,000, based on a number of objective factors such as relevant experience, holistic skillset, and applicable licenses and certifications. The candidate may also be eligible for discretionary compensation as determined annually within the company fiscal year.
