Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming/outgoing deliveries, maintain updated inventory and mass balances (stock files), and track open deals to ensure timely deliveries within agreed terms.
- Ensure accurate execution of environmental commodities deliveries, support trading strategies, and calculate/update prices for physical gas deals in the system.
- Act as the main contact for inquiries, collaborating with Portfolio Managers, Trade Support Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to streamline information flow and analysis.
- Ensure accuracy of PoS received, collect and organize all necessary documentation for audits, and manage transfers, redemptions, and expiring volumes across registries and countries.
- Collaborate with front office teams to understand and, when needed, challenge their strategies while contributing to regional/global consistency, efficiency, and automation improvements.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Financial Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Quantitative studies, or another Quantitative discipline including 2 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a trading environment or similar industry
- Basic understanding of commodity trading/financial markets
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) and Exposure to VBA & Power Query is advantageous
- Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Based in Amsterdam and fluent in English
