ABOUT OPERATIONS
The operations function forms the backbone of any company. At STX, the Operations team, which comprises IT, Finance, Human Resources, and Middle Office, works closely with all other teams and desks to ensure that STX continues to perform and deliver at an exceptionally high level. As a critical partner in the business, Operations also guarantees compliance with all the relevant rules and regulations. Moreover, the Operations team works collaboratively to make sure that STX has the necessary structures and processes in place to grow and develop further in new products, industries, and markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will the key player in setting our people development foundation: our career framework. In order to create this backbone, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and executive teams, to ensure the work align with our company’s strategic goals and attract top talent. This is a new role within the Learning & Development team and is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves to take ownership of challenges, is flexible and resistant to be successful in a scale-up environment. You have the ability to combine an agile mindset and strong eye for detail.
As a trusted Expert, you will partner with the senior leaders and managers in our Amsterdam office. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in driving our L&D initiatives and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. The exciting opportunity to develop several learning and development initiatives, while aligning with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
:
- Key contributor of our Performance Management and write out our company career framework (company competencies and career paths)
- Optimize our Performance Review systematics
- Set-up alignment with internal systems alongside the Internal Communications team
- Design and administer global performance programs
- Alignment with company’s objective and industry best practices
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis including adoption & training around the new career framework
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers regarding performance management and related matters.
- Liaise with various business stakeholders, including Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk, and Finance, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring successful and timely completion.

Key Requirements
:
- Master’s degree including 3-5 years of experience in Business/ Consultancy/ Finance/ HR, within an international environment
- Excellent analytical and data skills, being able to break down complex problems and generate actionable insights with a creative approach
- Strong sense of ownership, self-starter that likes to work in a team-based environment
- Project management skills (consultancy) with the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in the same time period
- Experience in Performance Management projects and platforms or a proven interest to develop this experience
- Strong skills & knowledge of Microsoft suite, technical skills in online learning platforms are a pre
- Preferably residing in Amsterdam, NL
