ABOUT OPERATIONS

The operations function forms the backbone of any company. At STX, the Operations team, which comprises IT, Finance, Office Management, Human Resources, and Middle Office, works closely with all other teams and desks to ensure that STX continues to perform and deliver at an exceptionally high level. As a critical partner in the business, Operations also guarantees compliance with all the relevant rules and regulations. Moreover, the Operations team works collaboratively to make sure that STX has the necessary structures and processes in place to grow and develop further in new products, industries, and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility management
  • Mail & Parcels including courier shipments ordering
  • Entrance tags management
  • Arranging facility matters; for example, contacting cleaning company, etc
  • General administration support
  • Receptionist: answering the phone, welcome visitors and colleagues, hostess tasks
  • Manage Travel Agency including booking travel arrangements and hotels.
  • Set up accounts for new global STX offices for the Travel Agency
  • Managing office apartments and assisting with the onboarding of new-joiners.
  • Assist the Office Manager with: Organizing and during office events, Friday drinks, Off-site events/meetings and various other projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, Hostess or similar within a professional environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and set priorities
  • Problem solving skills and service-minded
  • Pro-active and hands-on
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiar with Outlook and Office programs
  • Fluent in English & Dutch
  • Available fulltime
