We’re looking for a Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) & Reporting Specialist to join our business and the extremely dynamic market we operate in, and to embark on a journey with us towards a better tomorrow.
TEAM AND ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated ESG & Reporting Specialist to join our Global Corporate Communications team. You will be reporting into STX’s Corporate Sustainability Lead and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ESG data management strategy. You will be a key contributor to the reporting efforts of STX.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage ESG data management and maintain ESG Platform and KPIs and support the quantification of STX impact of products and services (Scope 4).
- Work closely with the commercial teams in responding to ESG inquiries and questionnaires.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to access, collect and analyze ESG data.
- Assisting the creation and implementation of policies to reduce STX negative externalities and the drafting of multiple reports with related data collection and KPIs (GRI, ESRS, CDP).
- Support the overall projects of the CSR team.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as sustainability, social responsibility, business administration, environmental engineering or similar including 3+ years of experience in ESG, corporate sustainability or related fields, with a proven track record of driving positive change within an organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of reporting and ESG best practices, standards and frameworks, such as GRI, ESRS, CSRD, SASB. Previous experience in ESG reporting is a strong plus.
- Experience with Carbon Accounting (GHG Protocol) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and use data to drive decision making.
