STX Group offers a wide variety of renewable energy solutions, enabling organizations to decarbonize. Strive by STX, the climate action arm of STX Group, partners with corporates worldwide to design, optimize and implement their decarbonization strategies. For Strive by STX, we’re looking for a Content Marketer to join our Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel Content Marketing strategy for Strive by STX’s Corporate Climate solutions to attract, engage, and convert potential customers.
  • Content Creation: Generate top-notch, captivating, and informative marketing materials across diverse formats, encompassing blog posts, media articles, newsletters, white papers, social media posts, infographics and more. Uphold rigorous standards for well-researched, excellently written content, aligning it seamlessly with the brand’s tone of voice and style guidelines.
  • Localization: Tailor content to suit regional markets and collaborate with translation agencies to ensure the professional localization of materials.
  • Editorial Calendar: Partner with Regional Marketing Managers to create an editorial calendar for consistent, market-relevant content. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Research, and Communications teams for content insights and ideas.
  • SEO Optimization: Integrate SEO best practices into content creation and webpages for enhanced online presence, rankings and organic traffic, including the appropriate use of keywords, CTAs, internal links, meta descriptions etc.).
  • Content Distribution: Implement effective distribution strategies to maximize the reach and impact of content on both owned channels as well as through backlinks. Utilize social media platforms and email marketing to distribute content.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to track content performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize content strategies over time.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communications, Marketing Journalism, or similar including 5 years + relevant experience. 
  • Native-level English language skills alongside exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content formats and styles.
  • Experience with Sustainability, ESG or Finance topics is a plus including an understanding of SEO principles and link-building.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and/or experience in using design and video editing tools is a plus (but not required).
